Solar Panel Cleaning Enterprise NV: Mountain’s Edge, Southern Highlands and the Southwest Valley

Short answer: we provide solar panel cleaning Enterprise NV homeowners can count on, plus pigeon mesh, from Mountain’s Edge and Southern Highlands to Silverado Ranch and the neighborhoods around South Point. Enterprise more than doubled in population between 2010 and 2020, so new-build dust, HOA rules, tile roofs and hard water are what we plan around here, and we rinse with deionized water only.

What Enterprise does to solar panels

Enterprise is an unincorporated town, formed in 1996 and run by the Clark County Commission with input from the Enterprise Town Advisory Board. It had 221,831 residents in the 2020 census, up from 108,481 in 2010. Most homes still use a Las Vegas mailing address.

New-build dust

Clark County has called Enterprise the fastest-growing unincorporated area in the valley, and the Review-Journal reported 46% growth from 2017 to 2022. Graded lots, new streets and open desert to the south and west put fine dust on rooftops, so homes next to an active build often get dirty faster than older streets.

Tile roofs and two-story homes

Much of Enterprise is master-planned and built since the late 1990s, with plenty of two-story homes and concrete tile. Tile cracks under the wrong step, so we clean from the ground with water-fed poles whenever we can. See tile roof solar panel cleaning.

Rain rarely helps

UNLV research on campus solar panels found it took at least 0.2 inches of rain to partly restore clean-panel output, and over 29 years of Las Vegas data a rain that size came only about once every 52 days at the median. A short monsoon shower usually just turns the dust into mud streaks.

Hard water and pigeons

Enterprise tap water averages 280 ppm hardness, like the rest of the valley, so hosing panels leaves hard water spots. Pigeons nest under rooftop arrays here too, and mesh around the array is the fix. See pigeon proofing.

How often should Enterprise homes clean their panels?

Once or twice a year covers most homes: in spring after the windy season, and again after monsoon season if storms left mud on the glass. Homes next to new construction and homes with pigeons usually need the second visit. To put it on the calendar, see our solar panel maintenance plans, or check whether a cleaning will pay off with our honest math guide.

Enterprise prices follow the valley-wide range of about $100 to $250 for most homes, and two-story or tile roofs can add a little. See the solar panel cleaning Las Vegas cost guide. Nearby, we also serve Spring Valley, Paradise, Henderson and Summerlin.

Water rules in Enterprise

Enterprise is in unincorporated Clark County, where Southern Nevada’s water-waste rules apply. Water running off a property counts as waste, with fines from $40 up to $5,000 for repeat violations, so our rinse water stays on your roof.

Solar panel cleaning Enterprise NV FAQs

Do you clean solar panels in Enterprise, NV?

Yes. We clean solar panels and install pigeon mesh across Enterprise, including Mountain’s Edge, Southern Highlands, the Silverado Ranch area and the neighborhoods around South Point and Town Square, in ZIP codes 89113, 89118, 89119, 89123, 89139, 89141, 89178, 89179 and 89183.

Is Enterprise part of Las Vegas?

Not officially. Enterprise is an unincorporated town formed in 1996 and governed by the Clark County Commission, with input from the Enterprise Town Advisory Board. Most homes use a Las Vegas mailing address.

Why do my panels in Enterprise get dusty so fast?

Enterprise is one of the fastest-growing parts of the valley, so many homes sit near graded lots, new streets or open desert. That fine dust settles quickly, and the area gets very little rain to rinse it off.

Can you clean panels on a two-story tile roof in Mountain’s Edge or Southern Highlands?

Yes. We work from the ground with water-fed poles whenever the panels are in reach, and when we have to go up we step only on the lower edge of each tile, where it overlaps the one below.

Do you work inside guard-gated communities?

Yes. Send us your gate instructions or add us to the visitor list, and we follow your HOA’s contractor hours and parking rules.
